RosesRose hips are really beautiful,I am not sure if they can be preserved? I've seen rosehips for sale at flea markets.My attempts to preserve them have been unsuccessful? Any suggestions?

Well, this isn't the kind of preservation that you had in mind, but a friend of mine once made 5 gallons of rosehip mead. It was the most incredible mead I ever tasted.
Personally, I think it preserved quite nicely. :-D
I've heard of it as an infusion, but that's it. Like rosehip lotion.
