flower power

Learning to paint with acrylics is so challenging and really fun. Don't like it paint over it and practice some more. It's all new, paint selection, mixing, brushes and strokes. No doubt this piece will be history come morning. Maybe back to watercolor tomorrow... decisions,decisions!

Love your flowers.... water or acrylics. But the fun of water color is in the unpredictability and the adapting to that unpredictability. Great work.

Oh yes, acrylics are different , but so much fun too, your love for color still shows through here :-)

Kathy, I think all of your paintings could be called flower power--the operative word being "power"!

What made you switch to acrylics? Your watercolors were so bold and filled with color.

This acrylic looks like you had fun with it. I like the horizontal lines.
