Wip

I have been playing with this picture for the last week. I headed back to work this week and wow am i exhausted. Every time i pass the picture i just sort of swipe it with some color until the weekend when it completely drew me in.

I'm going to add some more purples and yellows before i call it quits. Oh and maybe some more squiggles too.

Unfortunately my study fell into my bowl of water so I'm just letting the painting speak to me,which is usually the case anyway.

I love this image of you swiping color onto the painting as you move in exhaustion through your first week of school. Stay centered, rest, fill you up.

Hi Cathy!
It's about that time again to head to the art store to get paper and paints. I love the color intensity in your paintings. Do you mind me asking what paper and paints you like to use? Thanks!

Hi again Cathy,
It was nice to hear from you on my blog. In answer to your question, I paint mostly in oils actually but, I do use acrylics also.

This is fabulous. You must complete it. Or has the bowl of water left it beyond recovery?
