Labor Day Sunflowers

I actually painted this painting earlier in the week but i felt that it wasn't finished and i didn't know where to go with it so I stopped. This morning
I took a fresh look at it and, though it doesn't photograph with as bright of colors that it actually has,I liked it. It has a distressed look that is quite appealing to me as i continue on my journey to loosen up my paintings.

It is a pity the colors don't show up very bright, because it is such a beautiful painting!

It is so frustrating when the photographs don't look as good as the real thing isn't it?
Never the less, it is vibrant and gorgeous, so the real thing must be even more wonderful! :0)

This is so beautiful! I love the colors are so rich and bold, but they're soft where they come together, it has such a delicious feeling to it!

Loosening up is good, and your painting is lovely. I wish you light and loose days ahead, even while you have to be back at school-work.

I just love your loose florals! The colors are so beautiful and the drippy, wet, technique is wonderful!

So good to see your bold and vivid colors, this is very special and very free.
