As I was painting this i could hardly stand the color, tooooo bright, even for me. I toned it down with some ink and watercolor pencils. A quick, fun painting of make believe flowers? May help ward off the winter doldrums.

Love the bright colors here. Especially nice against the dark blog background.
It's lovely!
A bright spot in my day.
Do email me: ruth.mowry@gmail.com, when you are settled and ready to set a date. It's tricky this time of year to plan a day, when we never know what the weather will come up with, right?
If this doesn't chase away the cold winter blahs, nothing will. Lovely!
You may have tuned it down, but still bright... and I like it a lot! :-)
...and the addition of ink in this work, gives it structure... Your work is inspiring!!
You are the inspiration for my last watercolor!

Beautiful work. Your colors are rich and glowing.
Wow, these are gorgeous paintings. I want one!
I saw you refer to me on Nate Trask's (RIP) blog. Trying to figure which of the many Cathy's I know that you are.
Love the vibrancy! Very bold and rich colors!
My heart is with you, Cathy. I'm so sorry.
Hold her in your heart. Be at peace.
