I feel like it's been a long time since I've posted. No doubt that's because everything I've painted lately has ended up in the trash. This painting was on it's way, but when I gave it another look I realized that i liked the yellow green ,red and blue too. I'm thinking I have lost my rhythm, sort of like a writer's block?I think this has possibilities,so on I go, happily into a weekend of painting.

I'm loving this so far...the flowers seem so lush I just want to reach into them and see what they feel like! (Them being my absolutely favorite color helps too!)
No no no don't throw it out. You know, I really like it, and I'm not just saying that. I like the abstractness of it, and the blue adds some surprise, and depth.
