For some reason this painting photographed giant, I have no clue why and well, I'm not going to change it. I haven't painted in a week or so I have been so preoccupied with life's problems so it was nice to sit and play. I got a little carried away scratching the lilies and I think I will add a little more of a dark color to center of the big lily,or not.
Fun news my future daughter-in-law actually wants to use one of my watercolors as a shower invitation. Now we just have to decide which one:)

Life's problems. Bleh. I hope all is well, or will be.
Glorious to use one of your paintings for the shower card. I didn't know a wedding was in the offing (or if I did my pea-brain forgot).
I love this.. I think it would be cool as a larger painting....;
Yes, let's meet. April is agony for me, at work. How about May, when my semester is done?
Yes, the playhouses on small are in Frankfort. Have you been there?
And yes, it's about time to go sweep up the dead bugs in the studio. :)
I hope 'Life's problems' are not too overwhelming -and all is well. How neat that your painting will be shower invitation! Lucky for both of you - a wonderful way to start a new relationship :)
Hi Cathy, thanks for your comments on my blog. I love all your paintings. I think it is a wonderful integration of art with real life if you future daughter-in-law uses your paintings in her wedding plans. That is real success. Silvia
